1. Training Specialties Strength and Conditioning: Building muscle, increasing endurance, and enhancing physical performance. • Weight Loss & Muscle Building: Tailored plans for fat loss and lean muscle development. • Sports-Specific Training: Specialized programs for athletes aiming to improve performance in sports, with a particular focus on performance training • Flexibility and Mobility: Assisted stretching sessions to improve flexibility and range of motion 2. Session Rates • $55 per session (Drop In) • I offer packages based on the number of sessions per week, with most clients training three times a week. 3. Client-Centered Approach • Personalized Plans: Each plan is customized based on the client’s goals, body type, lifestyle, and fitness level. • Accountability: Regular check-ins and progress tracking to keep clients motivated and on track. • Lifestyle and Nutrition Guidance: Advice on maintaining a balanced diet and integrating healthy habits into everyday life. 4. Group Fitness Classes • I’m passionate about leading group fitness sessions, creating a motivating and high-energy environment for all fitness levels. This also provides an opportunity to meet others and potentially move into one-on-one sessions.
